WELCOME TO PARADISE:
Within the magical Oaxacan coasts there is a paradise that the world already found out about. Puerto Escondido is a coast in the Pacific Ocean that gives life to a community of diverse personalities and nationalities. Inside this beautiful region there is a city town that began to grow exponentially in the last 3 years known as: La Punta de Zicatela. Famous for "the wave" that attracts surfers, international restaurants, bohemian vibe, architectural spaces and the tropical energy.
Under the sun of this universe and welcomed by its coarse vegetation and its happy people, Estudio Duna, creative hub (co-working studio) is born!

A space for work and creation. With bar, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, working table, wifi connection & special lightning.
Close to all the important points of Puerto Escondido. 5 minutes from La Punta Beach. With working tables. Perfect for generating projects in an international environment.

We offer co-working studios for people in the creative and artistic industries. Painters, designers, sculpture artists, photographers, architects and any other curious who want to be connected to the artistic scene in Puerto Escondido.
We offer a space adapted for you! We have a professional team that will connect you and guide you through your own journey on this gorgeous coast.

MONTHLY CALENDAR .
The co-work offers a cultural and artistic calendar for you!
During your time with us you will discover and learn from our specialized team of teachers.
Each month we offer workshops, pop-up and special experiences where each one of the artist can learn and improve their artistic skills, enjoy special dinners with invited chefs and meet other people who shares the same interest in arts.

. GUIDELINES
The co-work program seek to provide a professional work space and generate a community of exchange and reflection around artistic practices, both for artists who carry out projects individually and for collaborative projects (max. 4 people).
The programs gap is monthly (with the possibility to stay longer till 6 months) in which the artists will receive all the necessary services, partnerships and connections in Puerto Escondido to be able to fully focus on the production and development of their projects. Critical reflection will be encouraged from the sessions with mentors and the exchange between residents with other emerging contemporary art spaces in Mexico City (Casa Omega Art Residency & Ovalo Art Gallery).
The call will remain open throughout the year for 4 artists per period of residence. Each application will be reviewed by Estudio Duna´s team and the applicant will be notified of the results on an individual basis. All applications must be made at least one month before the beginning of the chosen period, to comply with the required payment dates.
